This explains what NorthEdge Automations (ABN 70 686 798 097) keeps when you use the service, and why. Contact: jarrah@northedgeautomations.com.
What we store
- The drawings PDF you upload, and the counts, parts list and review work we create from it.
- Your email address, so we can send your quote and results.
- Basic technical details such as your IP address, used to prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
We delete your drawings and results 30 days after your job is created (this is our default and may change; we will update this page if it does). You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing jarrah@northedgeautomations.com.
AI reading your drawings
To count your drawings, we send the drawing pages to Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI. Under our arrangement with Anthropic, your drawings are not used to train their AI models. We do not use your drawings to train any AI ourselves.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run the site: our hosting provider, Anthropic (to read drawings), Stripe (payments) and our email sender. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email jarrah@northedgeautomations.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
