These terms cover your use of the NorthEdge Automations service (ABN 70 686 798 097), where you upload electrical drawings and we send back counts and a parts list. By uploading, you agree to them. Questions: jarrah@northedgeautomations.com.
What we do
We use software, including AI, to count electrical symbols on your drawings. You get a price before we count. After we count, you can check and correct the counts on the review screen and download them.
Counts are a tool, not a guarantee
Machine counts can be wrong. You must check the counts against the drawings before you use them in a quote, order or tender. We are not responsible for losses that come from using counts you did not check, including pricing mistakes, missed items or ordering errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the job in question.
Your drawings
You keep ownership of your drawings. You confirm you have the right to upload them. You give us permission to process them to provide the service (see our Privacy page). Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you are not allowed to share.
Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe before counting starts, unless your job is free. See our Refunds page.
Your job link
Each job has a private link. Anyone with the link can see that job, so keep it to yourself.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
