If we can't count it, you don't pay
If our software can't count your drawings, you are not charged. If you already paid, we refund it in full.
If the counts are unusable
If the counts we deliver are not usable, email jarrah@northedgeautomations.com within 7 days of receiving them, tell us what is wrong, and we will refund the job.
Free jobs
A job made free with a promo code costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Your rights
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
